The location of this hotel is unbeatable, it is situated in the heart of a charming town, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The indoor and outdoor onsens provided a relaxing and unique experience. the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
That at times, the onsens were quite busy with locals using the facilities. It would have been appreciated if priority was given to guests staying at the hotel.

The hotel had a great spot in the heart of the city and easy access to many restaurants and tourist attractions. the hotel had both indoor and outdoor onsens that were soothing and relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
The onsens were frequently occupied by locals. This made it difficult for us to enjoy the amenities.
